After some deep soul searching and self reflecting, I was at a pivotal point in my life but wasn't sure which path I should be taking to find that place of solace that I was looking for. With so many jumbled thoughts, Anne gave me the space and guidance to explore each and every thought, providing useful tools and introducing me to new concepts - my personal favourite was Ikigai! Over the course of 6 months, I felt the transformations which brought clarity and confidence in my decisions. Anne is knowledgeable, empathetic and genuinely cares for her client. I will definitely be booking 'top up' sessions when needed. I can't thank Anne enough for her support.

I have been having fortnightly sessions with Claire for a few months now and cannot put into words how much my well-being has improved during this time. She has a wonderful intuitive approach, which has subtly yet radically changed my outlook and perception and I can honestly say that I am becoming a better version of myself as a result. My first experience with Eileen on the Practical Skills for Business Course was inspirational. Her approach of empathy and belief in empowering you. This has especially shone through during the business mentoring during which she has continuously reassured me that I can overcome my barriers and the importance of getting help from others in order to do so. What is brilliant about Eileen is that she brings her own experiences, empathy and applies it to inspire anyone regardless of circumstances.

In the past and recently I've had a rough ride with a lot of stuff that affected me emotionally and mentally. As a result of which I ended up with some panic attacks, some conscious some less so( during sleep), because of a fear of being reprimanded by my own selfishness and pride I didn't ask anyone for help. For a while or stopped, but recently they came back again, along with depressive states, anxiety, zero self-confidence and lack of desire to do anything or live, my existence was enough. I fed them with toxic ignorance and care. For about 6-7 years I read thousands of information about trauma, about self-love, about neuroplasticity, about acceptance, about healthy self habits and beliefs. All have given me intellectual satisfaction and experience, but not a release from toxic, abusive and destructive states. Why? Because I wasn't asking the right questions, I didn't want to look beyond the white canvas, I didn't want to lose myself, but it was all an illusion. I had fear, control, self-judgement, guilt, shame and a bit of dark humour, but in all this amalgam of ,,treasures" I didn't have myself. I didn't know where I was and where the illusion was. Of course, they didn't all start at the same time, they had roots..and those roots needed healing and that healing I found somewhere here in the virtual roots of the online environment. They came with a beautiful bouquet of values and self awareness. This is where I found Viviana, a psychologist who helps you build conscious self relationships, banishes delusion, guides you how to do that too. Her questions are so on point and she makes you discover yourself, understand how everything can be so simple and beautiful. With one well-thought-out question you can dispel hundreds of toxic thoughts. And that's what Viviana can do, she takes an "x-ray" of everything you can be and heals. If you are looking for the right questions, if you feel that you are suffocating too much or that all you want to do is hide and no one can find you, if your thoughts are too heavy, if you feel depressed, anxious or if you have no motivation, you don't know what you want and what you like, call Viviana. She is such a simple and pleasant woman, the confidence with which she embraces you in her sessions can change you into a lucid person full of positive energy.

The BG Blueprint course really made me take a step back from my day-to-day and really question and reassess my main motivations and drivers. The course was interactive and rewarding through both my own progress and through seeing the progress of others. Ben himself is a fantastic listener and guide. He’s not afraid to dive below the surface to help you better understand your own “authentic” self. Overall, would highly recommend!

I worked with Sonya over a period of 9 months and I found her so helpful! Her patience and empathy made it really easy for me to be open with her. I had such an amazing experience during my coaching with Kimberly. I loved the spiritual element and the deeper connections that we made. The time we spent together brought me clarity, I felt like I got to know myself in a way that I needed right in that moment. Kimberly is warm, encouraging and has such wise supportive energy it felt so easy to delve into parts of myself with vulnerability in her presence. I had huge lightbulb moment - as a full time mother society has alway made me feel like I should be doing more, be more and with Kimberly’s guidance through meditation, conversation and a mirror technique. I recognised that the strongest part of me, the part that I admire most about myself is my inner mother - a role that I take very seriously, a role where I create clear kind boundaries with love - these behaviours come to me easier when I am fully emerged in my mother role, after Kimberly’s coaching I now know how to connect with the mother and integrate the wisdom, assertiveness, loving, strength and bring that into other areas of my life with practice I know I can step into my power when I need to, I know I hold all that I need within me. Ali has been an amazing support to me through a time of unimaginable transformation. Ali has helped me in so many ways. Her gentle approach provides a safe way to open up and her ability to explore the innocence and reveal the truth is remarkable. With Ali’s help I came off anti anxiety medication and soon after I stopped drinking alcohol. All by being clear on my ‘why’ and digging deep into my motivation around how I wanted to live without numbing uncomfortable feelings. Ali showed me a way to tune into my feelings, to allow myself the time to acknowledge and process them and allow them to move through me. Energy in motion. Nothing to fear, yet so much wisdom to uncover. A new path started to unfold for me, with Ali holding space in a way only she knows how to. With grace. Without judgement. Just space to explore this new way of being. With a renewed sense of self-worth, I began to see I had everything I needed within me to heal. I’m enjoying the freedom of choosing a different way to find joy. Not a numbed distracted version of pleasure. But instead, real ‘in-the-moment-fully-present’ joy. Relationships have also changed, as I’ve learned to first honour my boundaries before stepping into auto-pilot people-pleasing. I have clarity around my values and my vision and how I want to live. Decisions have become less burdensome. If they support me in achieving my vision, it’s a ‘yes’. If it takes me away or distracts me from living the life I choose, it’s a ‘no’. Without really knowing it, I’ve become a different kind of role model for my children. They recognise their own needs and boundaries which is such an amazing foundation for them as they step into their teenage years. They also know the importance of honouring and respecting each other’s, which is huge. I have also learned about the power of forgiveness. Forgiving myself for times when I think I could have done things better. Forgiveness to those who created hurt in my past. Knowing we only ever do what we think is right at the time, from innocence, has been so liberating. Like any growth, it’s an ever evolving, and often challenging, path. But one I’m so privileged to explore, with Ali by my side. Her wisdom is like a lighthouse. Her intuition is incredible and I trust her completely. The path is one of unlearning everything I thought I needed to be, to uncover my true, authentic self, to be the person I was meant to be. Ali has led me back home to myself. And for that I will forever be full of gratitude. ❤️🙏❤️

Found myself struggling with a real loss of identity(having suffered a bereavement, job change after 21 years, facing an empty nest, navigating dating apps) Talking things through with Catherine over the last year has helped me to be more confident and positive. She’s helped me with my personal insight and improve my self-reflection. I’m still finding my way on this latest journey, but the sat nav (Catherine) is there for when I need some direction!
