Before working with Liz, I was feeling completely lost. I felt very demotivated and unsatisfied with my job and career progression. As a result of this I was no longer feeling content with my life in general, I felt I didn’t have any hobbies or other joys outside of work. I didn’t know what to expect from a career coach but Liz gave me so much. I found my confidence again and through her exercises I figured out the new career I wanted and what life balance I desired. Liz gave me so much to think about including; what does my ideal life look like, what are my core values, what are my favourite skills, my strengths and motivators. Through these exercises I really started to realise what the balance was I wanted in life and this really helped to figure out the career path that most suited to me. The end of my journey with Liz was bittersweet, as obviously we had achieved the goal we aimed for which was for me to find ultimate contentment with life. However, I always looked forward to our sessions together and will always be grateful for the time we worked together.
