In 2016 I was restless, stuck and feeling a bit lost in my life. I knew that I needed to change in order to reach my next level - but what? I was introduced to a consciousness coach who through the coaching process unveiled a world of possibilities I never knew existed within myself.
I used to think some things in my life couldn't be changed, but coaching showed me that I have the power to transform them all. I can say without a doubt that through the process I became a better version of myself in every single way. Realising that I wanted to share this incredible gift with other people, I embarked on my 2 year coaching qualification and upon completion launched my coaching practise.
Now, 7 years later with the ICF recognised title of a qualified Consciousness Coach and over 1000 hours of coaching clients - I cannot emphasise enough the immense value of this process .
