How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We listen, we advise, and we adapt a programme to suit you, your lifestyle and goals.

There simply is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to wellness so we spend time understanding you and your body to make the most from your valuable training time. We then help with the right choices to find a balance in your everyday life.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Achieving the body of your dreams can be an abstract goal. Instead, we focus on the person as a whole through our four pillars of wellness: how you move, fuel, live and think.

Our approach is designed to help people live long, healthy, and happy lives by addressing all these aspects.

If you’re looking for extremely strict training routines for cover-model physiques, we might not be the right fit.

However, if you're committed to improving how you move, fuel, live, and think, we can support you in creating a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle that promotes long-term well-being.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people achieve their true potential whilst making a positive impact on the community.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having worked in the fitness industry for years, and previously running the UK's largest bootcamp, Tom decided to set up Be Fearsome Fitness in order to provide mobile and accessible wellness solutions for everyone. Being able to work with individuals and groups to and really drill down into their goals has always been the prime motivator.

Why should our clients choose you?

We look at you as a whole and tackle your goals from every angle. There is no quick fix or fad training here, it's about lifestyle change and long-term satisfaction.

It's proven in our results that come from our Be Fearsome mindset methodology that Tom has developed from years of experience. All our instructors live by this philosophy.
