I've been training with John the last 3 months - he's been absolutely brilliant and I feel like I've made great progress with him in a short space of time. John has developed a personal plan that works for my goals and availability, he is really encouraging and patient in our sessions, and pushes me harder than I would go alone while always reacting/adapting based on how I'm doing and any feedback I give. I've seen big improvements in strength and appearance already and plan to keep going with our sessions as long as possible - I couldn't recommend him more! More...

There isn't one. I don't promise secret formulas or short cuts. I ask you to give me your all and in return I'll provide you with the building blocks you need to make your all round health better.

The people! Sharing a common goal and achieving it together gets me out of bed in the morning. Whether it was clients losing weight, gaining muscle or getting more confidence, it is the best feeling to help them achieve their goals

I work with you to eliminate self imposed barriers and help you to boost your confidence, health and well-being, no matter your starting point.

My credentials include 14 years’ experience in the fitness industry, a level 3 accreditation as a Personal Trainer and a Level 2 Swimming Coach qualification. Both of these qualifications are accredited with CIMSPA and ASA. I am fully insured for all the services I offer.

Having a personalized program that is tailored to your goals and a trainer holding you accountable means that no time in the gym is wasted.

Online fitness coaching offers flexibility that works with your schedule. If you work irregular hours or travel frequently you may not be able to get into a gym as often as you’d like. Online fitness ensures you can train wherever and at whatever time you need.

Working outdoors is a natural antidepressant which will improve your mood and mental health. It also challenges your body with all the elements that being outdoors brings - working out in the sunshine is glorious, but getting through that tough workout in the cold is even more rewarding!
