Baz has got me back into a training regime as I had always trained but lacked motivation. His knowledge and emotional intelligence to gauge the intensity and type of session are second to none.

Recently started my gym journey and couldn’t have picked a better personal trainer.
Baz has helped me build my confidence around the gym and keeps me motivated to achieve my goals. Each session has different exercises tailored to my goals and lifestyle, which makes the sessions engaging.

Baz is a fantastic personal trainer! For the first time I really enjoy sport in my life which is thanks to our lessons. Also he has fun and varied workouts that regularly change so there is no chance to get bored.

Baz is friendly, so as an additional plus, it is interesting to communicate with him. He is passionate about what he does. Definitely recommended!

I’ve trained with Baz for 4 triathlons with another 3 pending. Baz has managed to train myself and a few of his other clients both on a 1-2-1 format while also having a group session where we are able to go on longer cycles and runs. I found this helped when the distances got longer and created a real team atmosphere whilst still being watched over. To add to this one thing to me about Baz that sticks out the most are his social skills, and his emotional intelligence. He knows when to push me and when to reign me in. My specialities include Strength and Conditioning, Weight Loss, Kickboxing and Event Training as well as nutritional advice and tips on how to achieve this safely.

I work on increasing muscular definition and cardiovascular fitness as well as shape and tone - let's work on achieving your goals today.

I love building 1 - 1 relationships with my clients, watching them build both mental and physical confidence, seeing results and watching them apply the same techniques to every aspect of their lives.

Yes, I will use multiple channels including Zoom, WhatsApp and Teams as well as My Fitness Pal to track and monitor nutrition.

I am fully vaccinated. I can deliver sessions outdoors or in an indoor studio where all the equipment is safely sanitised after each individual use.
