I have been training with Liam for just over 8 months now and it has been a great experience so far. Liam always shows up , he continuously motivates the group and pushes us to our limit. He makes sure we are comfortable throughout training. If you have thought about training with Intouch then I recommend that you do, you will not be disappointed. More...

He is well organised,empathetic & great at engaging & motivating you during workouts.

I've only had 4 sessions with Liam so far (in the run-up to my wedding) and can already vouch for how effective & enjoyable they've been. He's been accommodating in running our sessions close to where we live, he provides great quality equipment and high-energy tunes to keep us going! He personalises the workouts to help us reach our fitness goals & mixes them up each week, all whilst creating a really fun atmosphere. Liam is super attentive both during & after the sessions, sending specific videos for stretches to focus on if we're feeling sore in particular areas, and he also always asks for feedback which is great. I genuinely leave the sessions feeling SO pumped and ready to take on the day. Excited to keep working with him, so much so that we're increasing our sessions to twice a week! More...

I have been training with Liam for 3 months now. The sessions are always varied and unique. He works you hard whilst making them enjoyable. I never properly trained before Liam and never thought that I would stay motivated and enjoy going to a session. I also have noticed that my strength and fitness has massively improved.

Liam has taken charge of our “wed shred” programme and has been a game changer for us. Always on form and bringing big energy, even at our cold, wet, early morning sessions. I have been training with Liam for the past 2 months now (almost). My friend introduced me to him and indeed she also trains with him and I have not looked back since.

I believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. Liam is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (and somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I find myself pushing harder throughout each sessions as Liam is quite good at motivating you to challenge yourself. Liam is quite punctual and reliable, always set up and ready to train. I quite enjoy the outdoor environment. I actually look forward to my workouts.

Liam is a great coach. His style of workouts is amazing, and it's always different from the previous session. He is one of the few coaches I have come across who utilises the entire one hour for a workout. I'm always looking forward to his classes. From our first meeting Liam put me at ease as I have mental health difficulties. He understood anxiety and calmed my nerves but still pushed me when needed. Each session he conducts with professionalism, he's knowledgeable, makes the session fun and the moments of shared humour helps make exercising very enjoyable. He encourages you to do your best, and explaining always the correct exercise form. I've improved in mobilty, endurance and lost several pounds. I needed a change from doing workouts within a gym environment and was recommended Intouch fitness via a freind. Liams sessions are predominantly outdoors and I can speak highly of them. The session is only an hour but he manages to get different types of work outs within each session and every week is always different. I like Liams creativity and also his enthusiasm as its infectious and I look forward to training every-time.

I would really recommend Liam as a PT. He makes every session fun and varied and pushes you to try your hardest. He is also very knowledgable on how to safely workout areas where you have aches and pains. He can also accommodate to all levels of fitness in a group. 10/10 would recommend. More...

Liams sessions have been very rewarding as I have achieved my set goals. He motivates me to persevere when I find things challenging.
There is a range of exercises in his session; my favourite being the resistance bands and he makes you feel confident and comfortable throughout. Overall I can highly recommend him to others.

I start by listening to what the client wants to achieve, then from my experience within the health and fitness sector I comprise a programme tailored to the clients goals and give them the positivity mindset and belief that they will achieve their targets.

Hard work and discipline. It sounds cliche but without these two important fundamentals any goals the client sets themselves wont be attainable without these two things.

I love seeing the client improve and its even more rewarding when you see their levels of belief in themselves increase also.

The experienced and knowledge gained from my previous career mixed with my passion for health and fitness led me into helping others achieve their goals.

Im enthusiastic and my sessions will be different every time as I'm a creative trainer. This keeps the client constantly motivated and wanting to come back.

I provide my service remotely in the SW LONDON and surrounding areas, central London areas I also cover and for those wanting to train at home I provide home sessions as well for a surcharge.

I have hand sanitisers and antibacterial wipes to ensure the client and myself are kept safe from any viruses. For use of the boxing gloves I have blue nitrile gloves the client can put on before wearing the boxing gloves.
