Hello, I am Melissa, your Pilates Teacher! I help working professionals who suffer from posture-related issues and back pain achieve a better and happier lifestyle. Back pain is one of the most common physical issues I came across throughout my career. With the right level of support and an adapted exercise plan, it is possible to overcome it! I work mainly on a one-on-one basis, which means that you will have my full attention and get to your goals faster. I have seen various types of back issues and injuries throughout my career. I am experienced and knowledgeable; I do what I do with passion, I care about my clients, and I want the best for them especially when they have specific goals.
I work essentially on a one-on-one basis, the client will have my full attention and will get results faster... And on top of all that I am fun to be with!
It's going to be a well-spent 60 minutes :-)
I work only online and face-to-face. The classes are not recorded and you will have me with you, watching you for 60 minutes.
I moved all my classes online, it was very new to me and I never regretted the decision. Clients were able to get their workout in the safety of their houses and me too! Win-win situation for all of us

Nik is genuinely one of the best trainers out there. Very detail orientated and has pushed me in the last 3 months more than anyone else has ever done before. I can’t tell anyone enough on how much he has absolutely changed my fitness for the better by leaps and bounds. Ever so friendly and a genuine personality as well

Nick is a fantastic trainer. I’ve been with him now for 5 months and he’s really helped me to achieve my goals. He’s a super friendly guy and makes training a breeze. He’s creates a very comfortable training environment and has always found ways to adapt exercises or programs to suit me. At first I wasn’t a confident gym goer but with Nicks support it’s now a staple part of my routine and something I look forward to. Couldn’t recommend him more.
