What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people learn more about their bodies, and how to move without discomfort.



What inspired you to start your own business?

I've definitely always liked being independent. I can make my own schedule and because I love what I do, even if I work overtime it never feels like work.

Why should our clients choose you?

My unique approach to teaching comes from years of learning about my own body and dealing with different types of pain. I help people understand and love their bodies as they are, and help them find harmony and joy in movement. I do not offer weight loss programmes or quick fixes to body issues. I'm trained in different styles of yoga , pilates, I'm a certified flexibility coach and I keep learning and staying up to date with the new research when it comes to movement. This allows me to personalise the practice for each client and make sure I can help them with their goals.

I teach primarily online. I also teach in person, private or group classes in Howth.
