I am dedicated to making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, size or gender. I teach vinyasa flow yoga, with the focus on working closely with the breath, tuning into the body and feeling the postures, rather than being solely focused on accomplishing them. I want my clients to use their yoga as way to open up stuck areas in their body, or even in the mind, and to feel a sense of release after each class. I am an experienced Reiki Master and have been working with this deep form of energy healing for over 5 years. I am firm believer that the emotional and the physical are intrinsically linked and that it’s difficult to heal the body without also healing the mind. I pride myself on creating a relaxed, open and friendly environment for all of my clients. What inspired you to start your own business?

Being able to do a job I love and adore. I used to work in highly pressured corporate roles and was drawn to reiki initially to alleviate my stress, to heal recurring ailments and to create a calmer mindset. I was so amazed by the positive effects of reiki that I instinctively knew I wanted to train and pass this on to other people. I then trained to be a yoga teacher and had a clear vision that I wanted to create wellness programmes that I could pass on to others to help them heal their bodies and minds.
