My name is Amy - owner and founder of Tula Wellness. I am an experienced yoga and meditation teacher as well as a respected reiki healer. I am dedicated to making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, size or gender. I teach vinyasa flow yoga, with the focus on working closely with the breath, tuning into the body and feeling the postures, rather than being solely focused on accomplishing them. I want my clients to use their yoga as way to open up stuck areas in their body, or even in the mind, and to feel a sense of release after each class.
I am an experienced Reiki Master and have been working with this deep form of energy healing for over 5 years. I am firm believer that the emotional and the physical are intrinsically linked and that it’s difficult to heal the body without also healing the mind.
I pride myself on creating a relaxed, open and friendly environment for all of my clients. I have an infectious sense of humour, believing laughter is one of the best tonics in life so you can expect lots of fun and light-heartedness in my sessions.
