I have attended Michelle’s ,new studio,twice a week half hourly sessions since opening her ladies only Gym.Michelle guides me through my programme,carefully,and professionally. Can be serious and fun too.,and with a Michelle’s continued support,either 1to 1 or group session I know I will reach my goal.I certainly would highly reccomend this ladies only gym
