I am a qualified Business & Personal Coach (PGCert Chester University) with an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition & Weight Management. I work primarily with individuals either as their Life Coach or their Nutrition & Health Coach. I use a range of life coaching and motivational interviewing techniques to support your transformational journey.
As your Life Coach - I help you discover what your current obstacles are, helping you to focus on what you want to achieve, both in the next few months and over the next 5 years and beyond. Think of me as your guide, someone who helps you gain structure to your thoughts and meaning to your goals. As your life coach, I will help you keep on track, challenge you to face your fears and ultimately leave you stronger, resilient and more confident in your next chapter of life goals.
Health & Wellbeing Coaching
As your Nutrition & Health Coach - I take a holistic view to your health and wellbeing and look at ways to help you reduce your risk of many lifestyle diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke and some lifestyle cancers. I can provide you with the health and wellbeing support you need to make safe and sustainable changes to your eating patterns, food choices, stress levels as well as encourage you to get more active, improve and protect your health, well-being and happiness levels. I work on public health funded projects as a freelance trainer and have a raft of experience to offer you.
Pilates Instructor for orthopaedic care
I also teach Pilates both in community classes and private 1:1 sessions. Building a strong and flexible body can have a positive impact on your self esteem, body confidence and overall health and wellbeing. I also work on tailored individual programmes specifically if you have a general orthopaedic condition such as hip operation rehabilitation, back care and maintenance, osteoporosis, frozen shoulder, hip strengthening, tennis and golfers elbow, arthritis and hypermobility.
