What do you love most about your job?

When I was in training, one of my coaches advised me that what we do is no different to any other professional. He gave the example that when a good builder drives by a house that he has built and feels satisfaction that there is a happy family living in the house and that it has transformed from being a house into a home, he or she can feel justly proud.

I feel similar satisfaction when I see my clients improve their physical, mental and spiritual health and transform themselves from what they were to someone who is living a life that is true to themselves.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Before setting up my business, I was an engineer. I was actually on the cusp of becoming chartered.

In 2006, I founded Ki-Ways because I had a passion for working with Energy.

By 2010, the passion had increased to such a level that I decided that the only true path for me was to give up the engineering and work with my passion in Tai chi, Shiatsu etc. full time.

It was a good decision. Since then, my skills have grown to a much higher level than would previously have been possible and I love every aspect of my work.

Why should our clients choose you?

The service that I offer has all of the qualities that you would expect from professional coaching or therapy - confidentiality, personal, high quality etc..

My specialisation is that I am very effective at finding what I call your Ki-Way. If you unlock it - you unlock the door to yourself.

In the old days if you wanted to learn Tai Chi, for example, you would pay a lot of money and join a large class until you "get it" in perhaps 10 years.

With my more personalised approach, the time take before you "get it" can be 20 times shorter. That is not to say that there are not skills to be learned but if you have the inner understanding then the skills are yours instead of some practiced routine.

The approach uses various "tools", that I also teach to others and is effective for health improvement, wellbeing, meditation, Tai Chi and many other art forms.
