I have always suffered from back pain despite seeing numerous chiropractors and I finally needed emergency surgery last year to correct a prolapsed disc. The consultant suggested I needed to look after my back more and my wife suggested Amanda's class. I was apprehensive at first but Amanda makes it enjoyable and every class is different so there is no chance to get bored. My flexibility has greatly improved and most importantly I am pain free for the first time in years. I would recommend the class to everyone.
