I was comfortable with asking questions whilst doing the exercise which was tailored to my pregnancy and how I felt. Another great aspect is that Andrea comes on time to your home which just makes my life easier.
Andrea routinely sends email updates after each session with a reminder of what we went through, why we did what we did and tips and reminders for the week. This is very useful and she also texts to check how you are feeling. I'm someone that needs this otherwise I won't get any exercise done.
We did cardio, stretching, breathing exercises and pelvic floor exercises. I can't thank Andrea enough for how much she has helped with keeping me fit during my pregnancy. My plan is to continue with Andrea right until the baby decides to come out and after some rest I will continue with Andrea!
