How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I help my clients achieve their fitness fitness goals, by offering a complete free consultation and taster session. In the consultation we will discuss your fitness goals, your likes and dislikes, and how often you are looking to train a week. I will also look at your nutritional plan, regarding what you are eating on daily and weekly basis.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

I would not say that there is a secret, as it takes a lot of dedication, motivation and hard work. If you able to give me all these three things, I will get you where you want to be.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job, is meeting different people from all over the world, different nationalities,ages and groups. To be able to help people transform themselves from where they are now, to where they want to be, fills me with joy and excitement.
Being able to help is the greatest joy of all.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I would have to say being amde redundant twice and finding myself in no man's land, is what inspired me to take this step. As I have a passion for it therefore decided to start my own business in the health and fitness sector.

Why should our clients choose you?

Your clients should choose me as I will make their training fun it will be hardwork, however so long as they enjoy what they are doing the training will get them feeling better about themselves.
My aim is to keep all my sessions, fun, friendly and result orientated.
