LISTEEEEN!! U need a PT that works wonders in your life, visit the body weight club and stay there! This ain’t no joke! I have lost 3kgs in 3 weeks. My upper body was weak! I gain strength there, the exercise routine is built just the way u can manage them n u do burn calories! I have been to plenty of Gyms but this one right here! Believe me! I struggled, now! I’m not struggling anymore. I am one of the proudest, hottest chick right now. Thanks to Keiran! If you all know me, i speak the truth. All my friends be asking me how I’m looking slimmer. Nowadays when i get hugs from coworkers, they be saying i feel good! I am gaining muscles. Come to the body weight club, equipments are easy to use once the instructor explains it to you. Oh, u get to work out to the music of your choice!.. The gym is cleaaaan n smells amazing!!! That’s an environment u surely want to be doing your exercises in.

PS: i can run down the bus without having breathing problems and my knees don’t hurt anymore. This is coming from a chick who was 114kgs.

Personal Trainers

Kieran is a great personal trainer and I felt very comfortable training in his private gym! He plans the sessions in advance, and they’re tailored specifically to you and your goals which is brilliant. Kieran’s workouts are intense, he pushes you to do your best but will always listen to you - he leads each session, but he will also follow your lead. I feel I am in safe hands when training with Kieran and I am sure I will reach my goals in no time - already seeing a difference! Kieran is a great trainer! He created interesting workouts that allowed me to improve myself! Kieran is always pleasant while reminding me to maintain correct body position. He has the capacity of changing things up, making the workouts interesting as well as challenging using new and varied techniques along with different types of fitness equipment

I couldn’t recommend Kieran and The BWC enough.
Kieran is excellent at listening to areas you want to develop and is able to skilfully create a bespoke workout and plan to put you through your paces.
The space and equipment is modern, clean and cleverly laid out to minimise rest periods between stations of a circuit.

Kieran is really great at what he does and I love that he has a home gym. I’ve had a PT in the past in busy gyms and it can be intimidating trying new things in front of so many people, plus the equipment isn’t always free.

Before every session Kieran sets out a detailed plan of your workout and always keeps track of your reps and weights used. We’ve been training together for just over 2 months and I’ve already met several new PBs.

My progress picture is coming up and although I haven’t compared pictures yet, my clothes are fitting better from losing fat but also from gaining muscle and a shape.

Whether you’ve got gym experience but fell out of love/motivation for it from the pandemic (like me) or you’re brand new to training, I would definitely recommend Kieran.

Kieran is also really nice, we have good chats during workouts and he’s very encouraging, rather than shouting in a military-boot camp style which I have experienced with other fitness experts.

I’d recommend The Bodyweight Club to anyone. Kieran is a fantastic trainer, who is attentive to your individual goals and needs. His sessions are always exciting and varied, I always look forward to going. Keiran is brilliant! I have had a couple of PT’s before and I haven’t lasted with either of them. Most PT’s do the same stuff with a bit of a mix up, but with Kieran he keeps it fresh all the time - I come away from every session feeling good! I have been with Keiran for the last 6 months, as I wanted to lose a bit of weight before the summer. I lost the weight but realised with him it’s about maintaining, so I plan to stick with him for the foreseeable and include his training as part of my lifestyle!

Kierans a fantastic PT. I have had previous PT’s who aren’t up to his standard. He implements so many different workouts into his sessions and you will start seeing and feeling a change rapidly. I’ve been training with Kieran for around 12 weeks and cannot recommend him highly enough.

The gym is well equipped and tidy. As a trainer Kieran is motivating and encouraging, with a wealth of technical knowledge.

With Kieran’s help I am now feeling fitter and stronger than I have in a long time. He listens to what your needs are and pushes you to go a little further each session. His sessions are enjoyable but challenging and he caters to your ability.

I’ve been to about 6 sessions so far and I’ve really enjoyed them. The small group sessions only have 3 others in the class so you get a good amount of personalised attention. Only improvement would be to have more classes on the weekend. Would definitely recommend. More...

Before meeting Kieran my gym routine was useless! I’d never be consistent, always forget what exercises to do, and I’d have to make up a plan last minute. But now having had some sessions with Kieran he’s given me a great insight on what to do for workout routines, his programs will be adjusted to you perfectly and also gives you advice on what you can do at home if you can’t make a session of his that week. 10 out of 10 would recommend! I have been training with Kieran since January 2022. While I wasn’t a beginner to exercise I struggled with staying consistent and finding a workout plan that suited me. Since training with Kieran not only have I stayed consistent but I look forward to working out as it no longer feels like a chore. I have lost weight but most importantly I have gained muscle which is the main reason why I wanted to start training. I have been training with Kieran for a few months and I have already noticed a big improvement in my energy levels and stamina. Kieran is very attentive and professional at all times. This option is best suited for an individual that is looking for a personal trainer.

We can either discuss your exact fitness goals and plan a specific and tailored programme using TBWC’s training methods to achieve it. Whether your goal is to, build muscle, lose weight, learn calisthenics, or just to become fitter, we can ensure results. Or, you can come in for a one off session - to boost your fitness and test yourself.

If you think 1-1 training is best for you, get in contact and we can begin the onboarding and start planning.

This option is suited for an individual that is looking for a more affordable but still highly personal experience. TBWC group sessions have a capacity of 4.

These sessions are perfect if you want to maximise results from each session, have increased direction, and push yourself to your limit. The sessions are always pre-planned, all your need to do is show up.

The schedule is released every fortnight, purchase a one-off session or the package that suits you best, and lets get training.
