Good gym with good equipment. However, it could get packed so you would often have to stand around waiting on equipment. The membership system was novel. Toy sign up and get a pin that lets you in. Unfortunately, these pin only worked for me once time. So, I head to use the call button to get someone to let me in. And I'd they were inclined to ignore the call, toy could be waiting for a while, which did happen, and is a pain in the @$$. Overall, when traveling and you need a decent place to work out that is relatively inexpensive, this is a good choice.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I had my own weight gain and weight loss ups and downs. I loved sport but after becoming a mum to my 2 kids I couldn't stand to look at myself and felt uncomfortable in my body. I hated the insulating layer around my stomach, so as soon as my youngest went to nursery I turned all my focus on to regain the body I had before and even improve. My desire was also fuelled by my relationship breakdown so I not only wanted to look good, but also stand strong, confident and self sufficient.
I succeeded dropping 12kg/2 stones! I fell in love with regular visits to gym and good nutrition and that made me confident that I can teach others how to find the way to get their body back too. I went on to study further personal training, and nutrition to serve others like me before.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We moved to remote training mostly so we are keeping definitely safe distance.
At the gym everyone disinfects hands and wipes down the kit, so everyone has their part in it and feels the common responsibility. We are all in it together!
