Personal Trainers

Adam focuses on his client and explains clearly what each exercise is. He talks positively about the training. Never do I see him diverted to using his phone as we all know many people do.
Additionally he has a great smile and a good sense of humour. All of these characteristics create a really positive atmosphere in which to exercise. Time passes fast and I feel good after each session.
Not recommended. Highly recommended and charming.

I help my clients achieve thier fitness goals by keeping my sessions enjoyable and effective at the same time. There is nothing worse than boring, repetitive sessions, so mixing up every session whilst keeping it effective works great for me and my clients!

I call it the 80/20 rule. Being consistent 80% of the time, but allowing yourself to enjoy the things you love occasionally. Neglecting the things you love, ( for example a chocolate bar) will only make your fitness journey more difficult.

I started my own business to help change people’s lives through health and fitness. I feel great knowing i’ve helped make a client feel better and more confident!

I am very approachable and make my sessions enjoyable, whilst also making sure all my clients reach their fitness goals at the same time! I feel like i stand put as a Personal Trainer because of my experience in Professional Football. I’ve learnt a lot about all types of training and can use this knowledge to help clients.

I can provide both. I am self employed, but have access to a full gym. Can also work remotly if you do not want to train in a gym environment. Can work online too.

I offer 1-2-1 and group sessions for people who are struggling to reach their Fitness and Health goals by themselves. I am experienced in all types of training e.g. weight loss, strength training, toning etc
