I am a qualified Nutritionist (reg.MBANT) and Nutritional Therapist (MBANT) and a trainer with many years experience within the Health, Nutrition and Well Being sector. I provide personalised nutritional and dietary advice for 1-1 clients and provide training in Health and Wellbeing. I design and develop menu plans for schools and care homes.
I set up Ingredients4Health Limited many years ago and developed a range of courses, specialising in Health and Wellbeing, Food, Diet and Nutrition, together with courses aimed at Behaviour Change, Motivation and Self Awareness.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the buzz that clients get when they meet their goals. Getting fitter and healthier really does change lives, and it’s a huge privilege to be able to be part of that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt that there must be plenty of people, just like me, who want to get fitter and healthier, but wouldn’t want to do it on their own. Fitness Mate and Running Mate offer that support and encouragement to make changes, and improve your fitness and health.
