I have worked with Will since 2018 and never looked. 2.5 years down the line my life has changed dramatically, and Will has been integral to that change, because willpower and discipline was, at times (many times actually), just not enough.

Will is not only phenomenally knowledgeable, he is patient, smart, focused but most of all has a unique ability to be your motivation when you just don’t have it. He’s fun to work with and makes every session about YOU. Will is reliable, he always shows up AND he sticks by you no matter what, his faith in you never waivers.

He’s taken me from a sedentary wine drinking binge-eater to someone who can deadlift 122.5kg, box and run for more than 35 mins without stopping. Now, because of his work with me and everything he has taught, I am working towards smashing these goals so I can lift heavier, box faster and run further for longer. I never imagined in my wildest dreams that I would become someone who chose to run.

Will even got me doing press ups, before a shoulder injury and is now in the process of helping me build up my upper body strength again.

He is simply a brilliant mentor and fitness instructor because he helps you to find your inner strength and belief. He will be working for you beyond your actual sessions and you will have a track record from where you started.

There are not enough thank yous that touch the surface for what Will has helped me to achieve and see in myself. Moreover, he has helped me to understand my own reasons for wanting to be being healthy and stay on the path of fitness and for that I will remain forever grateful.

Since signing up with Will over a year ago, my overall strength and fitness has improved dramatically, and I'm now able to do exercises I would never have attempted on my own.

In our regular sessions he always gives feedback on how I'm progressing, as well as giving useful advice and setting challenges to do outside of our sessions which keeps me motivated. 

Even since we've moved to doing sessions virtually during lockdown, without access to the regular gym equipment the sessions have fun, challenging and I look forward to every session.

Initially we have a web chat and decide what goals they would like to achieve. Whether it is weight loss, or the want to be able to perform an exercise you've always wanted to do. Once that's established we move toward a plan that is both efficient and tailored to your schedule.

Not focusing on the long term goal but mini short term goals!

A lot of people focus on the end result and when they don't see results immediately, tend to lose heart. The key is to set achievable short-term goals that add up to your end goal, that way your motivation does not dip!

I love the teamwork atmosphere that is created between client and trainer. The end-goal isn't just the client's objective, but also the trainer's, and achieving that together is always the best feeling!

There are a lot of 'quick-fix' products out there that claim to help you get fit in a matter of days.
I created my business because I want people to not only achieve physical goals they have set themselves, but also show that exercising properly and intelligently can also help with the mental side of health.
Establishing a healthy regimen can have effects that last a lifetime.

No matter your fitness level I always aim to create a challenging programme that will, by the end of it, leave you with a sense of reward and achievement.
