How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By setting short, medium and long term goals that are achievable. Being available for any questions or queries that the client may have, listening to them if they dislike any exercises or find any ones to hard. Making the training enjoyable, giving advice on a spectrum of things that can affect training in a positive and negative way.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams. Everyone is unique ,no two bodies are the same and every client is an individual. You work with each person as an individual, their goals, commitment, time available to train, mental wellness, nutrition habits.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people towards the goal they have set, enjoying their progress with them as they reach each stage of their long term goal. Watching the change in their bodies, health and well being.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been training for many years. Have seen people not receiving the help and guidance that they needed and in most cases paying for. I decided to help people, give them the guidance, training and results that they wanted and the guidance that they deserve.

I give each client 110% of my attention. We will discuss in depth what your goals are, any obstacles, how best to fit your training in complementing your lifestyle.

With regards to online training, I am able to do zoom calls and provide clients with videos, workouts, nutrition advice. I have a large range of equipment and am able to travel to clients homes, places of work or outdoors
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When at the gym I clean the equipment that im using before and after. When training outside or other remote location equipment is cleaned after every use

Boxing, Martial Arts, Self Defence
I have been involved in this areas for over 40 years. Starting at a boxing club and continuing with my training over the time, qualifying in Boxercise, Kickercise, Group sparring and Boxercise PT. I have studied several martial arts and traveled to Japan to train. Whilst in the Metropolitan Police I was involved in redesigning the arrest and restraint syllabus and teaching self defence
