Analysis: where you now doing a movement assessment and your nutrition through we do movement training first before you do any weight training
Rebuild: through the this phase you will increase the training and have some loads on eg weight and through this we will give you more education about nutrition and weight training
Perform: from following the first two step you should have enough education to reach your goal either it is to lose weight or training for an event
Great place to go! Staff are really friendly and very helpful! Always leave feeling a lot better after some adjustment! Oh and its always nice to be greeted by Jonathan in the evening when he's there bless him :)
I cannot recommend Kat highly enough for both PT and sports massage. She is such a positive and motivational person - I always leave her PT sessions on a high and ready to take on what the week throws my way! Kat’s knowledge on how to get the best out of your body and the science behind it all; is so informative; which subsequently makes more sense out of which exercises you then go on to carry out.I definitely recommend you give the PT and sports massage a go - you’ll feel so much better afterwards.
My two boys always come back from little champs on a Saturday morning happy. Mike and Paul have the patience and enthusiasm to provide a great class for youngsters to get fit and confident. Great price too.
First time in today:My first time at the gym this morning, I'm normally quite anxious when it comes to starting up at a new gym, but the staff are very friendly and helpful, the equipment is good quality and there's plenty of it to use. The layout has very clearly been thought about as it doesn't feel too cramped between benches etc. The changing rooms are a good size, as are the lockers and there are plenty of showers available.Top notch guys!
Went yesterday for my daughters 19th birthday - we had never been before and were a bit nervous as we didn’t know what to expect! But there was no need - we arrived at the reception and were greeted by a very friendly helpful member of staff - we were asked to wait in the dining room and that someone would be over shortly to take our lunch orders- she returned after about 5 minuets with our Locker keys asking if we had been before and if we hadn’t would we like a guided tour of the facilities - we felt more relaxed being shown round rather wandering round aimlessly feeling lost - she explained that our flip flops and robes would be in our lockers waiting for us and if we had any other questions just to ask and hoped we enjoyed our day. The lockers were very spacious and clean the pool area was lovely and plenty of loungers to relax - our lunch was at 12:15 we arrived 5 mins before and were promptly seated and asked if we would like something to drink and shortly afterwards our starters arrived they were lovely and our main was excellent food was hot and presentation was faultless. Our treatments were at 13:30 so we made our way to the relaxation area which was very welcoming and clam where you can sit and chat or even have a little nap wrapped in one of the throws! We had a double treatment room which was lovely - we had the journey into serenity which I would highly recommend - my therapist Olivia was very professional and made me feel very at ease- the right amount of pressure during the massage and explained every stage of my treatments- didn’t feel rushed at all. My daughters experience was not so satisfying - complete opposite to mine! Which I felt very disappointed for her as it was for her birthday! We then went and had coffee and cake in the lounge which was lovely and a great finish to our day.
