I’ve been training with Ade for 2 months now and has been the best decision I've made! The workouts and enjoyable (sometimes) and challenging and he offers so lunch support in and out of the gym on fitness and nutrition.
I signed up with him to gain more confidence in the gym but he’s given me so much more confidence in the gym but he’s given me so much more confidence in myself overall. Can’t wait to keep going and see the results to come.

I've been working with with Ade for about 8 months now. initially doing 1 on 1 training and now operating online with him. I needed someone to push me with my training and motivate me in the Gym. Ade listened to my goal and what I wanted to look like and tailored a plan to suit my needs, goal and fit into my days. I've always enjoyed my 1 on 1 and he definitely pushed me to the edge a few times but that's exactly what I needed and wanted. More recently I switched to online just for for financial perspective. What do you love most about your job?
I love helping my clients achieving their goals, educating and sharing my knowledge with my client through their fitness journey. I love seeing my clients face when they start seeing their transformation. Overall what I love most about my job is building a bond with my clients
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to start my own business to educate my client about everything fitness and healthier lifestyle, so that they can continue their journey without me one day. After going on my own fitness, I faced a number problems. I wasn't able to find a trainer who listen and understood my goals. A lot of PT are focus on money, instead of helping their client achieve their goals.

Yes I able to provide online and remote. I have my own app where my client can access their programs, message me directly, have 1-2-1 remote session via in-app video calling. My app is available on both app store.

Firstly I am fully vaccinated against Covid- 19.
