Yes. Online Coaching is available if it is 100% impossible to do 121 sessions.
You'd get a bespoke training programme and a nutrition plan to follow. Weekly 30 min zoom call check-ins for guidance and discuss progress.
Personal Training
1-2-1 Personal training sessions tailored to you and your goals. You'd get access to TrueCoach App and see your training programme there, so if when you're training on your own you'd know exactly what to do.
Nutrition Guidance whether your goal is to lose or gain weight.
1 complementary Massage Session as massages are one of the best ways to optimise recovery (Recovery is crucial for any goal)
Education on keys fitness and health aspects such as sleep, stress, digestion, recovery, menstrual cycle and more...
Massage Therapy
Massage session with the goal to treat any aches and pains you might have (within scope of practise).
From treating pain in lower back to simply relaxation purposes.
