How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Initially communication is key to really understand what someone's goal is. I then tailor all programmes to specific client needs so they are doing the things they really need to see results, and not wasting their time. I will also provide training programmes for a regime to follow outside of our training sessions, so no client has to rely solely on 1-1 sessions and can learn what they need to do to achieve the goals for themselves.

I give 100% to my clients and working for myself allows me to control my work to ensure I can give the best to each of my clients

I've had my longest client for around 9 years - when people train with me, they stay with me. I have worked with people from various backgrounds, of various ages and with various abilities. I have confidence in what I do and that I can help anyone achieve their goal. I am passionate and enthusiastic and I will always motivate you to get to where you need to go.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes I can offer sessions over zoom. As long as you have enough room for a gym mat in your home, we can train via zoom where I can guide you through a session. Equipment is not always necessary, but beneficial if you're looking for muscle growth in particular.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I can carry out sessions via zoom if we're legally unable to meet in person.
To reduce the risk of transmission and whilst gyms are closed, I encourage people to train 1-1 in an outdoor space - I have my own equipment to ensure a fulfilling session.
All equipment is sanitised before use.
I wear PPE during sessions and maintain 2 metres distance where possible.
