BPM is run by Exercise Physiologist/Sports Scientist, Jon Robinson. In terms of academic qualifications, Jon has a greater level of expertise than the most advanced Personal training qualifications by a factor of 15x (as verified by industry training providers themselves). Jon has kept abreast of exercise science for the last 25+ years and ensures that everything we do is proven to work scientifically. There are no gimmicks or BS.
Lloyd is fitness mad, but is a great example of what you can achieve as he was very overweight as a young un.
