How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Fitness goals are achieved by having the motivation and drive to make positive changes to your lifestyle and by having the right guidance, coaching and support to help you understand your goals, break them down into achievable blocks and make progress towards them.

We believe fitness goals are stepping stones in an overall journey of helping you get to a better place in terms of both fitness and appearance but also all round health, self-confidence and mental wellbeing. We support our clients every step of the way on this journey by helping them get over the bumps in the road and being the motivational cheerleader by their side. We will do our best to make sure every client understands where they are on their journey and what it will take to get to where they want to be. We support our clients with well-timed information, tailored and varied programmes to keep seeing adaptations and progress and of course encouraging a lot of laughs along the way! If you enjoy your training and how you feel, it will continue to motivate you to keep making progress and finding that next stepping stone goal.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

We would say firstly understanding what that means to you as an individual as we are all unique and have different ideas and aspirations. Once we understand what the body of your dreams looks like (physically or metaphorically) we can look at the route we need to plot out to achieve it, or get to your version of it. Once we understand this, it’s about building consistent and healthy habits into your lifestyle around training, nutrition and wellbeing goals to ensure we constantly work towards and achieve the desired result - once we get there, we can reassess what your next aspiration is and chart that new path.

What do you love most about your job?

We love seeing our clients surprise themselves and realise how resilient they can be and how much they can achieve when they put their minds to it. We love the amazing energy and fun each and every client brings and how wonderfully varied and different they are in terms of their story and the journey we are on together. Our clients are so much more than clients, they are wonderful, unique individuals that bring as much to our lives as we do to their lives and we feel privileged to work with each and every one of them.

What inspired you to start your own business?

We wanted to give people who want to make positive changes to their health, fitness and wellbeing a gold-star service. We want every person that comes to the Studio and works with us to feel that they are individuals with their own goals and journey, and that these are well understood and the approach taken is carefully tailored for them - we don’t want them to feel like just a number. Having our own business means we can give clients the space, tools and equipment designed to empower them and challenge them in a safe way whilst allowing them to be themselves at all times. It gives us the autonomy to continually adapt and improve the service we provide to our clients based on their much valued feedback.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose us if they want someone who will be very honest and realistic about their fitness goals and journey. We are strong believers that people can achieve what they want to achieve if they put their mind to it and dedicate themselves to the path ahead, we don’t believe in quick fixes or only looking at one aspect, we believe in looking at health and fitness holistically to ensure we take care of our overall health from the inside to the outside and maintain it going forwards. We believe connecting with people and laughter is a great boost so we will try and get to know our clients as people and make sure we have as much fun as we can whilst working hard together. We want our clients to feel they have a coach on this journey which goes further than the face to face sessions alone and more importantly, we want the time we do spend together to be time they look forward to where they feel their best selfs.

We can provide services online or remotely but we would always recommend a face to face chat, either in person or video conferencing, so we can really get to know a person and understand what it is they want to achieve. If it feels achievable, we can look at the best way to move forward on the journey with the right support in place. We have an App that provides clients with what they need to succeed as well as a link to us as their coach to allow the online experience to feel tailored and connected.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We have hand sanitising stations around the studio and we sanitise equipment after each PT session and class. All kit and the studio is regularly deep-cleaned and PTs frequent complete lateral flow tests. We strongly discourage clients to attend the studio if they have COVID symptoms, particularly where they have not tested. We want to make sure everyone in the studio feels safe in the space they are working in, COVID protocols have become part of our everyday health & safety standards.
