I highly rate Rob. As a woman it can be a bit daunting meeting a random guy from the Internet but from the first session a couple months back, he made me feel comfortable and confident in my ability and his. Warehouse gym is a fantastic place to be. You can go to pump them bi's or jst to chill out in the sauna. Great cardio facilities and free weights. Could do with being a bit bigger with some more machines but overall a really good place. Warehouse gym is in Honley which is a brilliant location for it to be. There is a nearby school so that they can take kids down and also there is no other gym nearby. People will travel from Holmfirth, meltham etc. because it is a very good gym.

I decided to join Reach almost two years ago. Initially this was to lose weight but I soon realised that not only was I losing weight but I was also starting to feel much fitter and stronger!After about a year things started to slow down and I plateaued and I was no longer losing weight and centimetres. Although I had known about the nutrition coaching for a while I was hesitant about starting it as I didn't want to be told what I had to eat and I didn't want to have to start preparing food just for me - had to fit in with our family. Also at that time I don't think I had the right mindset to do it but I knew that I didn't want to give up.Following a discussion with Dan I decided to give it a go. It was the right time, at the beginning of a new year and I haven't looked back since. It's not what I thought it would be!The weight training and the nutritional advice has worked together and now my body is much slimmer, stronger and I have muscle definition but don't look BIG. I am both healthier and fitter, which helps with family outdoor activities and demands at work.Something that has surprised me even more is that from having had two c-sections my fold of skin is toning and disappearing. I recently turned 30 and realised I needed to do something about my health. Lee stood out to me as his classes seemed more challenging than the other trainers. After a consultation with Lee we arranged to do weekly 30 minute HIT sessions to help me with my weight loss. Lee gave me excellent information and nutritional advice as well as realistic and achievable goals from the start. The HIT sessions were challenging but Lee was always very encouraging and supportive throughout the process. After a while I could tell the difference in my fitness aswell as my weight. I have just finished 3 months of training with Lee and have lost 10.5kg of weight, which totally smashed my target. Infact I have lost more and am proud to say I am back at the weight I used to be when I went to uni, which at 30 years old I didn't think was possible. I would strongly recommend Lee as a personal trainer to anyone! And I look forward to working with Lee again next year in the run up to my wedding.

We have an App that provides clients with what they need to succeed as well as a link to us as their coach to allow the online experience to feel tailored and connected.
We have hand sanitising stations around the studio and we sanitise equipment after each PT session and class. All kit and the studio is regularly deep-cleaned and PTs frequent complete lateral flow tests. We strongly discourage clients to attend the studio if they have COVID symptoms, particularly where they have not tested. We want to make sure everyone in the studio feels safe in the space they are working in, COVID protocols have become part of our everyday health & safety standards.
