I highly rate Rob. As a woman it can be a bit daunting meeting a random guy from the Internet but from the first session a couple months back, he made me feel comfortable and confident in my ability and his. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
My clients are the number 1 priority, meaning the service will be based around you! No cookie cutter programmes that are made for everyone, my clients receive an individualised approach to their training. Depending on your goals, training sessions will consist of a warm up, strength element, fitness and conditioning, sport-based skills section and flexibility.
What do you love most about your job?
The part that gets me out of bed each morning is seeing the positive changes in people as they progress. The physical changes are massive for some - adding some muscle, dropping some fat, seeing their strength develop - but the mental benefits of exercise are there for all! My clients regularly talk about how their mental health has improved as a result of the fun yet challenging sessions with me.

My services can be provided online and in-person. Online training sessions are arranged via Zoom or Google Meet - meaning the process is very simple. Sessions can be adapted to what ever equipment you have available (if any), so all you need is some space and a positive attitude! You can also sign up to my online programming, where you will receive an individualised programme to suit your lifestyle, goals and needs to be completed in your own time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, I have made significant changes to the way I coach my clients. Where necessary, I wear suitable PPE to protect both myself and the client. I ensure that hand sanitizer is available throughout my sessions, and clean my equipment before and after each use.
