MyHomePT has just been launched to provide home based fitness sessions to people in their 40's, 50, and 60's. I focus on bodyweight exercises that can be done anywhere, I can also add boxing and rebounding (I am a fully trained mini trampoline rebound instructor -which provides low impact cardio) to the list. I qualified last year as Level 3 Personal Trainer and this year I have added Exercise Referral this year to cater for those who are recovering from illness or injury.

I also feel that most fitness instructors believe in a "one size fits all" approach, this ignores how bodies change as they age and what is specifically required for any training to be effective at this stage of life. At the moment I am offering a 10% discount on my personal training quotes.
