How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We will discuss your goals, needs and fitness level etc on a quick call and I will come up with a bespoke plan that is realistic and enjoyable to help you smash these.

We will have weekly check-ins via video or/and on my app to ensure you are on track at all times and any concerns are dealt with along the way. You will also have access to your own personal tracker which will include details from your check-ins including your measurements, pics, weight etc. This will not only hold you accountable, but keep you motivated along the way as you see your progression unravel.

Your plans will be tweaked where necessary in line with your goals. You will also be able to message me 24/7 on the app if you need help with anything along the way including sending videos of your form. Finally, I will update the app regularly with new documents/videos to assist you on your journey.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Patience, hard work and consistency. I will teach you how to hold yourself accountable and achieve long lasting results during our time together and long after you have finished working with me.
