How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We do this by understanding how did they get to where they are right now, when we have worked that out we then put in bulletproof steps on how they can get out of that and onto the right path.
We build a support network around them and keep them accountable around the clock.
In this support is the key factor to progressing.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It's very simple, you need to be willing to get the tasks set out done to the best of your ability. Focus on ticking boxes daily.
We will set out the tasks to be completed then we need you to be able to deliver.
It is a process so understand it will take time, however what you do in that time is vital.
What do you love most about your job?
I love when a client is able to look back and see how far we have come. Most clients that I work with come to be lost, overweight, suffering from lack of confidence whether that be body confidence or general confidence. After 3 months being able to reflect with that client on how far they have come that right there is simply amazing.
In fact it's priceless. I can still remember my first client achieving a great result and I still get the same joy 11 years later.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I just wanted to be able to have a massive impact on people's lives, in this day and age we live in a lot of negative things surround us daily.
In the career that I'm in, I am able to bring a smile and a level of achievement to people daily.
Being able to work closely with people has helped me unlock so much more out of themselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you are fed up of starting over and over again and want to achieve the best out of yourself then working with us is what would be best for you.
After clients have worked with us they no longer lack body confidence, most clients after working with us are able to push themselves in other areas of their lives such as work and trying new things.

With our service we have been able to be in 4 countries around the world and continue to progress, most clients that work with us lose a minimum of 3 stone in the first 5 months.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since this we have been able to support our clients even more remotely by having zoom calls to make sure all clients well being are ok.
We have also been able to support clients from home by creating home workouts and also have now added in recipe books to help clients make the most out of their lifestyle.
