Lifelong Wellbeing provides a mobile personal training service both in person and via video calling.
All the equipment and specialties are brought to you to save time. Consultations, goal setting, nutritional guidance, strength training, fitness and much more is all part of the service.
I train people of all ages and specialise in older adults. Being in the personal training industry for 12 years now has given me plenty of experience for helping people of all abilities.

I have co ordination disability and Nick is very patient with me, the improvements are wonderful.
I've just finished a course with Nick and I would thoroughly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and friendly and encourages one to continually progress. He's a great life coach too!
Nick is a really positive and motivating PT, knowledgeable on all aspects of physical training, devising fitness plans specifically for your personal needs and goals.
He has really helped me change up my training and motivated me to push further than I have before.
With the current COVID climate Nick has been on hand initially with digital sessions via "Zoom" and since restrictions have been relaxed, social distanced sessions outside.

Since retiring from rugby and carrying several injuries, I wanted to improve me health and focus. Nick has helped me work around things I can't do and has been very innovative in our sessions. Since retiring some 5 years ago I have been trying to improve my fitness levels over the past 4 of those years using Nick’s Personal Training expertise and planning.
I have found his whole approach very professional, rewarding and importantly has produced results.
My stamina and general strength have steadily improved throughout the period.

Nick put together an easy to follow plan, with enough variety to keep me motivated - he certainly didn't let me slack off! Very knowledgeable and friendly.
I would definitely recommend Nick to anyone who is looking to train, regardless of their level of current fitness. I hadn't done regular exercise beyond walking and the occasional run in nearly 3 years(! ), and feel like Nick got me back to wanting to exercise properly and helped my mindset. He's got the trick down of really pushing you to work hard without ever being impatient. He can clearly work with a range of levels of fitness and knowledge while making it fun to train. Nick shows exactly the right balance between perseverance and understanding for his more mature clients.
Nick has trained me in both a group and personal setting and I have found him brilliant in both.
He does the group sessions at my hockey club and we have found him excellent. He communicates well and tailors the sessions for every ability, which is very important to us!
His one on one sessions are great to as he is able to come to your house and work in that environment to deliver a fun and, most importantly, hard session! More...

I can’t rate Nick highly enough! I have been having sessions for over a year and am much fitter and stronger. Couldn’t praise Nick more for the training he had provided me with throughout the lockdown period. I originally approached him with my ideal goals and he has gone over and above to help achieve them whether it be through face to face sessions or virtually. Highly recommend!
