I've just completed an 8 week fitness programme with Che. I've absolutely loved it! Not only has my confidence grown but my fitness level has improved.
Che has helped with my technique on certain exercises which I needed help on and given an abundance of encouragement.

I have trained with coFitness for over 6months, and I can say Che he is the best personnal trainer I have worked with. He pushes you and motivates to achieve your goal. With Che there is not room for judgements. Co Fitness provides you and elaborate plan to follow during training days and even when you decide to train alone.
I will recommend them to anyone looking to take fitness serious.

Che was great! He was very informative with all exercises we did, to not only guide me, but educate me along the way. This helped grow my confidence to feel happy to go the gym on my own. The sessions were always well varied, but well structured. He is Very easy to talk to and his approach to fitness is very much one I enjoyed. I’ve never had a person trainer before so i was abit apprehensive about starting my journey.. Since starting with Che, my confidence has grown massively. He is such a good PT, he asked me what were my goals and made sure i reached those goals. If i couldn’t do an exercise or get my posture right he would show me over and over again to make sure i understood how to do it. He is not just a good personal trainer, he is also a good person. Any questions i had with nutrition he would always answer them and guide me so i had a better understanding. I've alway been apprehensive about having a coach however Che made everything super fun and easy. From the outdoor bootcamps, inside bootcamps and training plans during COVID, they are still to this day my favourite sessions and i still do these exercises plans when i workout. Che is incredibly understanding about any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your training and will work with you for alternatives which is always extremely appreciated. Che provided a great opportunity to keep exercising during covid when all gyms were shut. He did free live classes on Instagram & ran a WhatsApp group with exercise routines to follow.
