Since a young age I have always had a passion for sport, health and fitness.
I enjoy helping people to gain their confidence whether that is weight loss, learning new skills or sport specific goal which I have 12 years of experience including Crossfit, Athletics and American football.

My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible, I believe everyone deserves the right for a good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.

My aim is to have positive impact on the lives of the people that I work with, helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. This goes beyond looking the best they ever have, it also covers performance, mindset, motivation and lifestyle. To help them find the right balance, means they can enjoy their lives to the fullest while looking, feeling and performing they want to, but also help filling the knowledge gap.
