Talking about my injury it was clear he was knowledgable about how to plan sessions to protect these injuries and build up the muscles around it. It’s not just a set programme for every client as all our needs are different and Tom recognises that. Now been going twice a week for 18 months would’ve been longer had covid not struck but the sessions have great structure and the improvements in my body and fitness have been great.
