Kay is a health, fitness, and nutrition coach at Body Tuition based in a private studio on the outskirts of Woking, Surrey. Body Tuition offers 1-1 and small group personal training sessions to suit a range of budgets and individual requirements. With a special interest in weight loss and body transformations, Kay’s passion is to empower women. Her mission is to educate women against the myth of cardio and dieting for weight loss and helping them to change their relationship with food.
As an MCQC self defence instructor, Kay is keen to use her skills to enable girls and women in her community and beyond to feel and be empowered. She will be running female only self defence classes from various locations.
