Incredible service. Dave is extremely professional yet still manages to make you feel at ease. He is hugely knowledgeable in his massage techniques and gave me some valuable training and recovery tips to use alongside treatment. David has helped me tremendously during the hockey season with his massages making sure my legs are in peak condition for game day. He's always happy to work around my schedule and never disappoints on quality of treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone! More...

Dave has been giving me massages over the last few months, and has been giving me help and advice on stretching exercises to do to help my recovery after training.

Dave has great knowledge and makes you feel at ease. He was a great help in the lead up to my first comp, and the added benefit is that he has his own experiences so i could gain from them.

Great advice on what stretches etc that will be able to help with the recovery of injury or how to prevent further problems.

Would def recommend and use again. Thanks Dave!

As a singer and personal trainer the two have often conflicted with each other... Training causes tension in and around me neck which affects my ability to relax and perform using my full range. Having hurt it a little in a football game, Dave gave me a 30 minute massage which, although necessarily & obviously uncomfortable physically at times was done thoroughly & professionally and in a relaxed and calming manner.

I had probably the best 2 shows of my life after that and I genuinely put it down to how relaxed and loose my neck muscles were.

Awesome job. Will be back!

Q&As

1) Having fun - the best way to reach your goals is having fun, releasing those endorphins whilst lowering cortisol to help our bodies function at its best.
2) Questioning everything they do out of training: Its not just in the sessions that count - its what you do outside that really counts.
3) Work them hard, safely and effectively: You don't need to be dying at the end of every session! It is not effective in reaching your goals.
4) Teach them about food and exercise - instil knowledge in them so they are empowered in their decisions. I know you won't rely on me all your life.

Its being sensible with your food and drink and having a structured and progressive plan to get your goals. (We will always be honest to our clients. NO FADS
By being dedicated to your goals - you will have your ups and downs - its sticking at it when even things get tough that is where great things happen.
I understand we all have lives and things happen, yet sticking at your goals is vital.

What inspired me was competing for England when I was younger and when I was coaching young athletes. I needed to learn some managerial experience so I worked at a pharmacy. Where I believed they actually about the customer - where I found out they didn't. I could not give the time a lot of customers really needed when I worked on the healthcare. I got fed up, it took me a little to realise that I should be personal training. So I enrolled on the course whilst working full time. Now I can help people when and how I want without working for other people. I also have Generalised Anxiety - which I use to my strength to help those who may need extra help and are worried. They have someone who they can relate to. Health and Fitness is for all!

You should choose me because you will have fun, you will work hard, you will have a trainer who is honest and will tell you straight when your doing things wrong. You will be pushed. When things get tough I will be here to help you no matter what.

Services

As it says private 1-2-1 training with myself, at the gym, your home or outdoors.
You have me all to yourself for 60 minutes and maybe more.
You receive the Nutrition Bible and Conditioning Book to help you.

The same benefits as 1-2-1 training but sharing the session with another client or a friend. When one rests one works out or we perform small circuits, so you do not miss out at all. A lot of people prefer this way and are able to train more often.

All massages are either at my location or your own.
