How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I train all my clients specifically to thier needs. That can be either doing hard high intensity interval training or going for some slow hill walk to boxing and doing light weight exercises.
Everyone is different and i adjust my sessions accordingly.

Consistency! Making the most of your workouts everytime you exercise

Ever since i first walked into the gym 18 years ago i knew this is what I wanted to do and i have loved doing it ever since
