Been training with Luke for the last 6 years. He considers your own goals and plans sessions accordingly. He is welcoming and considerate no matter what experience you’ve had in the gym. Through out the years as my Personal trainer, he has helped me with my confidence and helped me learn ways of body building and taking care of yourself. He always brings laughter, joy, determination and smile to the session. He speaks with passion and love for fitness. He knows how to push you to the limits and demonstrate the right way of the workout, making sure your safe and getting the most out of your session. Luke is a great personal trainer, who gives sound advice and a mix of exercises within a PT session. Luke also gives great advice around any injuries sustained and general info about exercise and diet.
Luke is down to earth and professional within his field.

I train all my clients specifically to thier needs. That can be either doing hard high intensity interval training or going for some slow hill walk to boxing and doing light weight exercises.

Everyone is different and i adjust my sessions accordingly.
