Fit HIIT is a mobile personal training company that brings the gym to you! We have a wide range of equipment and specialise in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to get rapid results in weight loss, strength and toning.
You can train either at your home or at an outdoor space of your choice.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
increase aerobic fitness, full muscular endurance and kickstart weight loss. As well as this I implement full body conditioning work. Which target areas of the body specifically for an overall full body workout in all areas.

Following my program, listening to my nutritional guidance. Following my out of session programs . Working together, positive attitude and trusting the system.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have Worked for a commercial gym for 2 years which gave me the experience needed for meeting new people. Working with new people, teaching and taking classes, finding the best way for clients to become healthier and happier.

I am a tried and tested trainer. Always researching, always enhancing my knowledge. My passion, my life is exercise. I compete at a high level and always keep my fitness the same. All my current clients hold me at high regards due to the results I have got for them and the relationship I have built with them. I adapt my programs to individuals and make them work for everybody.
