What inspired you to start your own business?

I have Worked for a commercial gym for 2 years which gave me the experience needed for meeting new people. Working with new people, teaching and taking classes, finding the best way for clients to become healthier and happier.

I am a tried and tested trainer. Always researching, always enhancing my knowledge. My passion, my life is exercise. I compete at a high level and always keep my fitness the same. All my current clients hold me at high regards due to the results I have got for them and the relationship I have built with them. I adapt my programs to individuals and make them work for everybody.
If I see you once a week. You will not just hear from me once a week. I am available 24-7 to answer questions or give advice or purely for reassurance. Not just a trainer, a friend too.
