Why hire a fitness professional?

A trainer provides a level of personalisation that a group class cannot. By focusing on your specific goals - like weight loss or preparing for your first marathon - you will see faster, safer results.

Choosing a qualified Tonbridge trainer

Safety and expertise are vital. Ensure your coach, whether they are a weight loss specialist or a female personal trainer, holds a Level 3 qualification and has valid insurance.

Budget-friendly fitness tips

One of the best ways to lower your bill is a hybrid approach. Use a local trainer for a fortnightly check-in, then train solo in a Tonbridge park or gym.

I Am Devine

Are you over 40, a parent and struggling to find the time for your health and fitness. Work commitments and family take up much of your time with little left over to whip yourself in shape? Then perhaps it is time to hire a coach who can help you minimise the distractions and unnecessary pieces of your fitness routine and replace them using only what works and what will move the needle towards your goals. You are smart enough to work all of this out for yourself I'm sure but why have a dog and bark yourself (sorry couldn't help that one ?) What do I do and why should you even listen to me? I help people achieve things they previously believed out of reach because they’re either too old or too unfit. Olympic weightlifting, weight loss, handstand walking, gymnastic rings. It’s all health and fitness. I'm a British Weightlifting Coach, Crossfit Coach L1, PT Level 3 and also a Crossfit Gymnastic Coach. Previously I served in The Met for 14 years before an eye injury ended my career driving fast cars and motorcycles. Currently studying BSc Hons Psychology with Open University I love helping people make the changes they need to improve the quality of their lives.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

By allowing them to remove the limitations that are currently holding them back.
"You can take a horse to water but you can't make it drink"
But you can make it very, very thirsty!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Knowing how to get it is not the same thing as doing the things that will get it for you. Focus on the process not the outcome.

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people move better and help them build their fitness. This creates a strong and powerful body no doubt but more importantly it builds the person who is capable of doing all of these things.

As Jim Rohn once said “The ultimate reason for setting goals is to entice you to become the person it takes to achieve them”

What inspired you to start your own business?

I spent 14 years in The Met Police and having sustained an eye injury I could no longer perform my job role. Moved around from dept to dept during eye treatments I decided that I need to have more control of my future.

I wanted this pivotal moment to mean something (I know sounds like a corny film, right?) And I also wanted to help people as I had in the Police so being active, fit and mostly healthy I decided to pursue a career helping others believe in themselves enough so that they could achieve their fitness goals.

Why should our clients choose you?

The clients that I want to attract are usually quite successful in other areas of their lives but perhaps lacking this level of success when it comes to their fitness and their health.

I understand that my clients are clever and are not as obsessed by health and fitness as I am and so I can empathise with their situation.

Food is not just a set number of calories and macros it is wrapped up in strong emotions and feelings. Learning to deal with these emotions and building some habits that are congruent with your goals is a fundamental part of how I can help people.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I use a couple of apps to deliver my services so that it is as seamless and simple as possible to communicate effectively and efficiently.
I work primarily on body movement and habit change so the apps I use reflect the best options to facilitate this.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Currently in lockdown this is not as relevant, will update in due course.
