I've been training with Jason for over a year now and it's testiment to his approach that I look forward to my twice weekly sessions. I've built up strength and confidence, never being pushed too far too fast but always being challenged. It's been amazing to have a bespoke programme tailored for me. Personal Trainers

Helen has built not only my fitness but also my confidence in the time she has trained me.
Sessions are bespoke to my goals, and adapted with consideration to injury or issues I have had previously.
workouts are varied enough to keep it interesting and it’s wonderful to see my progress from the sessions!

I have been training with Jason for just over a month now with an average of two sessions a week, and I have nothing but positive things to say. I came to Jason after suffering some quite serious skeletal and muscular injuries that had altered my entire lifestyle and career, and I was looking for someone to help with my physical rehabilitation. Due to my various health problems, I needed someone who had more to offer than your average PT. I didn’t need someone to motivate me to train as I’ve always been an avid gym frequenter, but needed someone who could work on specific medical issues with me. I needed someone who was highly qualified and had specific experiences in rehabilitative training and ‘Strength and conditioning’; Jason ticked all of these boxes and more.

Jason’s sessions are structured and I can really see my progress from session to session. Jason is friendly, approachable and has a high standard of equipment available in his personal gym. Jason has his own private training facility and this means that during sessions it will only be the two of you in the room; Jason recognises the issues this may pose in todays society with females feeling vulnerable and suggested I bring a chaperone for my own comfort. On my last point, I must stress that I did not feel the need to bring a chaperone as Jason has been friendly, approachable and professional at all times.

Jason has already helped me improve on my posture, strength and confidence. Jason has also already vastly expanded my knowledge of strength training equipment within a gym setting, as well as given me invaluable advice for managing my injuries on a day to day basis. I look forward to our sessions each week; Jason is very flexible with dates and times.

Jason is more than reasonably priced and offers a service and experience that I have been unable to find anywhere else and believe me, prior to finding Jason, I looked extensively across the Kent area

I have been working with Jason for 6 months now and I cannot recommend him highly enough, he has been a game changer for me. Patient. Understanding of personal circumstances while not letting me get away with excuses. Works hard to tailor the programme to my individual needs and schedule while keeping both short and long term goals in mind. the progress I have made has been astounding but also I feel I have gained a trusted friend who I can talk to also and that trust in him is what makes training with him so unique from other places I have been before. Q&As

Online coaching or remote personal training has become a viable method of session delivery with the expansion of internet technologies. It allows you to work with a coach or trainer that otherwise you would not be able to. I employ the same levels of care and detail are applied to help you achieve your goals online as I would if you were being trained face to face.

Sessions can be fully remote and conducted via zoom or Microsoft teams, all we need is a camera and a tripod (your phone is often enough).

Training programmes and nutrition plans are delivered by the custom app developed in house.
You can also keep in touch via WhatsApp or whatever your preferred method of communication is.

Services

Whatever you sport, strength and conditioning training is going to help you succeed. Helping you improve your athletic performance , while reducing the likelihood of injuries through increased strength and more efficient movement patterns will all help you become a better athlete.

The coaching of movement mechanics is central to everything we do, we constantly strive for efficiency of movement allowing you to progress. All exercise prescriptions have you’re goals in mind, nothing is ever programmed that does not correlate to a specific outcome.

Powerlifting is seen by many as a simple continuation of their gym lifting, it's not, as with any sport you need to practice for the specific needs of that sport! Setting up for a maximum attempt on the platform is nothing like "having a go" in the gym.

A 12 week course introducing you to what it takes to get on platform. Ideal for people wanting to see what powerlifting is all about or for some want to prep into their meet.

A full online service is available, this can take the form of zoom / teams meetings or facetime on WhatsApp whichever is your preference.

Qualified corrective exercise specialist , helping you get you back to your best. I have helped many people get back to training and competing. Also I can offer help post-surgery or post injury, shoulder, back, hip, knee and ankle pain all can be helped with correct exercises.

As a qualified sports nutritionist I can help you with weight loss and body composition, whether it’s for a sport or for your general health I can offer a comprehensive service.

60 minute one to one sessions tailored to your specific needs , it doesn't matter what level you are there are always things that we can improve on. Continual improvement in every facet of your skills is the goal, ongoing coaching give us the opportunity to work on every part of your lifting toolbox. Focus on training variables can be shifted between on and off season, allowing time to address weak points and further hone your strengths.
