Hi, my name is Rob Bowman and have been a personal trainer specialising in Weight Loss for over 11 years. I work as a mobile trainer in and around Tunbridge Wells travelling to clients' houses. I also have my own private personal training studio where I train clients.

Hello, My name is Karolina, I am 30years old mum. I have finished level 2 gym instructor, level 3 Personal trainer couple years ago. I also had these CPD courses: suspension training, kettlebell training,circuit training, functional training. I can do personal fitness program, I can do one to one sessions (after lockdown) or we can have online sessions. I am very communicative person, I like to interact with people, so you wouldn't be bored with me.
It's a dream PT experience with Simon. I'm almost 4 weeks into my training with him and already feeling that difference. From the workouts he puts you through to the nutrition he advises you on, you can't fault a thing. He knows your goal and puts you straight on the path to achieving it. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
It all starts with goals and breaking them down into smaller chunks (this is called chunking) when you focus on the smaller goals the bigger dream comes into place - if just chase the dream you over look the process and many people often end up giving up.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
My dream body only ever follows when my mindset is right, if you don't have your thoughts in check you will pick yourself apart and always find fault.
But this followed by eating well and training hard, eaten a cake after dinner...train harder the next day. Its about balance and dedication.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people fall in love with themselves, not just in a vain look at me in the mirror way. But watching them see the mindset change and letting them know they have tools they just need to be shown how to use them
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to take all my knowledge through out the years and combine it, my vision of what I want and how I train for myself doesn't work when you have to follow the rules working for big companies. I wanted to focus more on what peoples environments are outside the gym as this is why a lot of results don't happen, a small part is the exercise the rest is home settings how you talk to yourself through out the day etc.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a bag of knowledge from running marathons myself to building muscle and changing to heavy lifting. I'm a mum of a small child so I know the challenges life throws when you have to put others before you can start your day, I get how busy life is so I just want to show people that we can still have time to work on ourselves with a few small tweaks to lifestyle.

I offer online programs that clients can follow in their gym if they are a member of one or from home.
Everything is uploaded to an app they download to the phone and they follow from that. Everything is personally tailored to the needs of each individual and I have weekly check ins via the phone or zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have been doing more online programs than ever this year.
But my 121 sessions in the gyms are also kept with the social distance rules when can and my classes I run I have limited the number that take part but have up the amount of classes that I run so nobody misses out
