Is a fitness coach worth the money?

The biggest benefits of hiring a gym trainer, whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned pro, are accountability, motivation, and personalisation.

If you’re planning on private training sessions, your workouts will be personalised to your own goals and current fitness level. This means you’ll likely see better and faster results, than you would from joining large fitness classes or following a generic plan online. It’s about making every minute of your workout count.

For those new to fitness or worried about getting injured, a personal trainer is an invaluable asset. They will teach you proper form and technique, giving immediate feedback to correct your posture and ensure every movement is precise. If you have any existing injuries or medical conditions, be sure to mention them so you can be matched with an appropriately qualified trainer who understands your needs.

Is there a way to make personal training more affordable?

In short, yes. You’ll likely find that private personal training sessions are the most expensive because of the tailored nature of the approach. However, buying a package deal or paying for a number of sessions upfront may get you a discount. It’s worth discussing with your trainer once you’ve connected. Alternatively, group training sessions or an online PT might be a more affordable option if you’re looking for a cheap personal trainer in Greater Manchester.

I am somebody who actually cares about the individuals that I work with! One thing i pride myself on especially is the relationships with my clients. I am also very honest, straight forward and don't sugar coat any part of the process with incorrect information. One of the benefits of working with me is how direct I am but it's because I care and I want the best for everyone that works with me. I only work with people whom are genuinely serious about seeing positive change for their life.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I help my clients to achieve their fitness goals by looking at their overall quality of life and then reverse engineering to create and work on some lifestyle tweaks/habits to be able to help them either shift some body fat or work towards building muscle.

I offer regular support and guidance to ensure that the time spent away from me and the gym isn't being wasted as individuals spend more time away from me than they do with me so it's no coincidence that the people whom don't see results are the one's who don't put the work in outside the gym.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Executing and perfecting the basics on a consistent level. Nobody got the body of their dreams by accident. The world we live in today is obsessed with reasons as to why they "can't" do something. There is too many excuses and the reality is.. there is no secret it's just hard work and dedication.

The issue is... People are looking for this "secret" when in reality, it doesn't exist.

What do you love most about your job?

Meeting and speaking to new people from within the local area/social media and being able to get to know them on a personal level and help them to essentially create some powerful life changing habits that will allow them to achieve the goals they are striving towards. I love being my own boss and being able to do my own thing whenever I want and not be told how to do something.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I Saw the amazing results that I managed to achieve on my own through my own bodybuilding/weight lifting journey and I realised it was one of the only things in life that I was actually good at. Then one day I thought about becoming a personal trainer after seeing the potential and the opportunity to make something of myself. I never had the education or the expertise to do anything relating to working in an office or a stereotypical 9-5, Something told me that I had true potential within me to go and build something of my own.

Why should our clients choose you?

Because I will get them results and I genuinely believe there are not many personal trainers these days who have an actual personality and is actually a normal male/female. Most of the BS in the industry is very fitness robotic and is very brainwashed and one dimensional. Don't get me wrong there are some good good coaches out there but alot of individuals are in it for the short term.

They should choose me because I'm honest, down to earth, local salford boy who just wants to create a name for myself through being direct and straight forward with my clients and i also enjoy the relationships that I build with my clients as this is the most POWERFUL part of the process.

People buy from people.
