After going from being a regular gym goer to developing a gym fear and full of anxiety even thinking about going to a gym I realised I needed help to overcome it. The best thing I could have done was contact Sarah and join her academy, even though on the first day I was a nervous wreck and almost bailed in the car park as soon as I met her she put me completely at ease. Not only has my anxiety subsided but my confidence both mentally and physically is returning and Sarah aims to get the best out of you in every session and pushes you out of your comfort zone but in a way that makes you believe you can which in my eyes is what a great personal trainer should do.I can't recommend her highly enough and added to the above she is genuinely lovely lady More...

Sarah is hands down THE BEST PT I have ever had the pleasure of working with... I have already got more out of the first 2 weeks of training with Sarah than I have ever managed achieved through training alone, at classes or with other trainers. I always dreaded going to the gym and saw it as a means to an end... Sarah has totally changed that! I do not believe in 'diets', but I do believe nutrition is the key to unlocking not only your healthiest, strongest body but also helping your mind work at it's best. I build each of my clients their own nutritional strategy, keeping in mind every person is unique and has different needs. Having studies Eating Psychology Coaching I work to help people who struggle with eating barriers such a binging, over-eating and under-eating. Understanding your personal needs and how to make food work for you - to fit your own lifestyle, likes, dislikes etc. is key to sustainable results. Flexible diets are the ones that have the most success rate and enhancing your health starts with the foods you eat.

I see every client as a unique individual and this is paramount for achieving goals. Too many personal trainers have a 1 size fits all approach, forgetting that every person has their own barriers, skills and goals. I create an open relationship with my client where we work together to build a strategy perfect for them. I make exercise ENJOYABLE - you will never achieve your goals if you hate the process! As a female training specialist I have spent a lot of time learning about the best ways to achieve amazing results for women specifically. Rapport, support and enjoyment are the key to success!

ENJOYING THE PROCESS. Honestly, you will never achieve 'the body of your dreams' if you're stuck doing things you hate every week. You need to tap into your personal likes and skills and use them to create a programme that you actually get pleasure out of doing. The body is a bi-product of this- it comes naturally. Alongside enjoyment, education and having support from a professional who can help you understand each part of the process and support you along the way.

Seeing people become the happiest, most confident version of themselves. Changing your body and becoming stronger, fitter and healthier has a huge impact on how you see yourself and every person deserves to look and feel incredible. Seeing people overcome their limits and achieve things they never thought possible is priceless.

My own personal transformation. After seeing the impact on my life as a result of transforming my body I knew I wanted to share that experience with others. I love to coach and wanted to use my skills to educate, inspire and help other people. Specialising in female training came after I expanded my business as I realised how many women are intimidated by the gym and lifting weights. I wanted to set up a business that helped them overcome that fear, transform their bodies and learn to love training.

Because I truly care about each of my clients. There is no 'one size fits all' approach. I see each client as a unique person and want to help them achieve their goals.
