Can’t recommend him enough!! I suffer from fibromyalgia and being active helps to control my symptoms, doing it on my own was difficult as I would over do it and end up in pain. Joel checks in to make sure my sessions are not having a negative impact on the rest of my life and adjusts my sessions accordingly to minimise this. Joel was recommended to me by a friend and I'm very glad that I listened. He was friendly and approachable, and swept me up in his enthusiasm having initially been apprehensive of making such a big change to my lifestyle. He also took into account my specific goal and timeframe when setting up my training and food plan and explained the science behind each bit. Recently started having Joel as my personal trainer. For myself who was not very active at all he has made exercise fun and I can always have a laugh with him as well. He has been amazing support with everything from advice after the training sessions to me asking what I think are such silly questions which he will always get back to me promptly. The food nutrition part was really good as was worried I was going to be told that there were loads of things I couldn’t have but that was not the case it was just adapting portion sizes. Whereas before I would have 3 meals a day Joel explained I could eat up to 6 times throughout the day which was really good. He went through with myself and my husband the foods we enjoyed to eat and some were kept in the food plan and some were tweaked for healthier options. He also suggested time slots of when to have the food so I wasn’t hungry at any time. Also as well he will also get back to me promptly if i have to ask him anything regarding the exercise or food. He always arrives on time for all the sessions. Overall I am extremely pleased to have found someone who is professional and supportive whilst making the sessions fun and relaxed. After what seems like my entire life on every diet plan imaginable I finally got some time booked in with Joel. Joel was fantastic he started by listening to what I've done/tried and without making me look silly he just explained why all these things haven't worked in the past.   He then sat and fully explained to me about how the body works, what it needs and how to view foods going forward. Joel worked out a plan to suit me & my family, looking at foods we liked (including treats), the timings of our days and where we shopped to ensure if we were ever not planned we could quickly grab something that would keep us on plan! This is so helpful for us and I'm forever texting him about new products I've found. Joel really is fantastic & following his plan we've all started losing weight and becoming more healthy whilst still having treats here & there. I have been training with joel for the past 3 months.When I first started training with joel I hadn't a clue how to exercise properly. But with his help I quickly improved week by week. Highly recommended
I have used quite a few different trainers over the years and he is far the best one out there. I'm keeping this one.
He is always on time, he's never cancells on me, gives me 100% help if I'm struggling with my nutrition and nothing is out of his way.
Got joel to do some training with my son too and his attitude toward him is awesome, always pushing him and making it fun. Ricky can't wait for his next session and looks forward to it every week.
This has give ricky a big confidence boost mentally, physically and most of all he's loving the way his own body is looking good and trim.

The most important thing to achieve a goal, is to specify it. We sit down with our clients and work out long and short term goals. Many people lose motivation as they don't actually specify what their goals are.

All our sessions are fun, engaging and specific to our clients goals. We make the sessions enjoyable, therefore the clients look forward to them and work hard to achieve their goals. We work with clients to achieve a range of fitness goals, including fat loss, lean muscle gain, increased strength, and improvement in cardiovascular fitness.

Nutrition is another important aspect when trying to reach our fitness goals. There are no fad diets or quick fixes here, only solid nutritional advice and expertise. We understand that everyone has to enjoy themselves sometimes and that's absolutely fine. We work with our clients to create a healthy lifestyle and implement good long term habits.

Overall, the three ways in which we help clients reach their fitness goals are
1) Specify long and short term goals. The short term goals are the stepping stones to long term success.
2) Fun, engaging sessions. The sessions are fun and full of energy, therefore we get the most out of clients in every session.
3) Consistent nutrition. We work with our clients to create a healthy lifestyle. That doesn't mean never touching a carbohydrate or drinking a beer, quite the opposite. We educate our clients to understand their body and how nutrition works.

There are two things needed when you want to get in to good shape.

1) Hard work - Nothing that is worth having comes easy, and that's the same with your body. To achieve your goals you have to be dedicated and work hard at them. At the same time, you must work smart. That is where we come in. With over 10 years experience in the industry, we know exactly how to train the body for your desired results.

2) Consistency - Just as important as hard work, is consistency. To achieve consistency, you must be motivated in the short term, but have your eye on the long term result. This doesn't mean training and eating the same day after day. We want people to enjoy their lives and not become a slave to their diet and their training. We help you create consistent positive habits that lead to long term success.

There are many things I love about my job, but the one that sticks out is seeing clients confidence improve over time. The mental benefit that training provides is second to none. Watching people become more confident within themselves is a pleasure and one of the great joys of this job.

I've worked in different gyms, sports clubs and educational settings, but the most enjoyable I have found my work is when I trained people within their own home. I was aware of a leading mobile personal training franchise and knew that it was the right thing for me to do.

Fun sessions - although our sessions are hard work, we make sure they are fun and enjoyable.

Expert Nutritional advice - we will analyse your current lifestyle and nutrition and make recommendations to improve it sustainably. We won't cut out everything you enjoy, as this isn't a recipe for long term success.
