As someone who does not enjoy the gym, I knew I needed some extra support and motivation to help me reach my goals but I had always though a PT would just be screaming at me to make me do more and make me dread it even more. I could not have been more wrong, Pavla took the time to understand my life and my goals and make sure my plan suited me. She was a big support when I was finding it tough and a great motivator. Q&As

I specialise mainly in online coaching (as well as 1-2-1) but online coaching helps me to be in touch with my clients basically every single day. I use online portal MyPTHub in which I schedule all training and nutrition for my clients (or only one of those, depending on clients goals). Every week we have Check In week and review everything that happened around clients plan - good and bad. Than, the next day we have a phone call which usually lasts 25-20 minutes in which we speak about issues and come up with plan how to make improvements for next week. I also give my clients small targets to achieve every week and following up on that daily.

Consistency! My coaching is not about quick fixes. It takes time, it can be tiring, needs some proper planning if you want to make a real change but mainly, you will need someone who can be there for you when you hit the wall. It will come, it always does when it comes to weight loss and I'll be there for you, we will plan for this time and make sure you stay on track, moving closer to your overall goal.
We millwork together on mental health and self acceptance as well. It is important that you like your body before you achieve your goal because "getting skinnier or more muscular" won't make you happy! That can only come within and during your journey and together, we will work on this!

Changing people's lives! The realisation that fitness can actually save someone or help them towards longer, happier life makes me so excited! You don't need to live in misery and be unhappy about the way you look, feel, move, etc.. Everything can be achieved when you have structure, plan and support.

As I said above, for me fitness is about changing lives and it did change mine as well indeed. I love when I can jump higher, run faster, lift heavier weights, when I don't ran out of breath by walking staircase.. Everyone can feel this way and get fitter. I love when I see clients succeed, putting their maximum effort and seeing results.

Because I'm so extremely passionate about what I'm doing, about my clients and about the difference it brings into their lives. I continuously study for years, improving my knowledge, reading research papers to use my own critical thinking and experience when I'm coming to conclusions with my clients to make sure they have the absolute best care.

Services

Ideal for someone who's already training regularly at the gym by themselves, however is not shifting off their weight in the way they'd wish. Sometimes we need to do little changes to move us closer towards our goal. Online Nutrition coaching is based on weekly catch ups and adjustment of your nutrition plan which I create after initial consultation and questionnaire. It will require you to use MyFitnessPal at least for first 2-3 weeks to gain awareness of macronutrients in your food. You will have couple of tasks each week to complete.

Ideal for someone who's looking to improve their general health and mainly wants to focus on physical aspect of fitness. Same as with nutrition, it work on weekly catch up about your training plan which I create after your initial consultation where we set some targets based on your goals. Training plan can vary from Cardiovascular based, Strength focus, Muscle Gain or Hypotrophy again, depending on what your goals are.
It is possible to book additional 1-2-1 sessions together growth your online training at discounted price (extra session applicable only if you can arrive to the gym with M9 postcode)

Both services combined, ideal for someone who wants full on premium service to take their health and fitness to the next level.
Intensive communication between me and my client is the key. Ideally we will speaker the phone 1x week after your weekly check in for at least 20-30 minutes. We will review your training plan, your weekly nutrition and do adjustmenst where necessary. If you're from Grater Manchester, we will schedule monthly coffee catch up or training days. Those will enable us to speak face to face and gives us more time to plan upcoming weeks/months or correct lifting techniques.
Monthly face to face catch up is also available if you're not within Greater Manchester but is charged separately.

Regular training sessions are available at the gym (post code M9).
Depending on your goals, I make create a training plan structured to support whatever you want to achieve. You then arrive for your training sessions where I push you to your limits! It's very effective as you have me there with you all the time during your session. I can pick up on your technique and fix it right there. It is more expensive service as it's time consuming, however if you purchase 3 training sessions/week, your gym membership is included in price (worth £25.99/month)
