What do you love most about your job?

Share members’ joy in their first “a-ha” moment – I love celebrating that significant moment when a member reaches their first goal. To us each goal met is monumental and looks forward to being a part of many more of these moments

What inspired you to start your own business?

Frenchi found CrossFit as a perfect fit to his lifestyle. He discovered during his personal fitness journey that his passion carried over to coaching and training people in becoming stronger, healthier and happier versions of themselves. Beginning by training family and friends, he has now turned his true passion into a full time career. CrossFit Bury was born.
