Michelle is very knowledgeable and great at tailoring your individual needs at every class, is always prepared from the first minute of the class and I have never been to the same class twice. Every class is extremely enjoyable and she pushes you to the maximum you can go in a very positive way!

I had never lost the last bit of my baby weight and then more and more weight creeped on! My friend persuaded me to try the challenge at PT studio with her and I am soo glad I did! It has changed my lifestyle completely and it really is easy to “eat well” even with a toddler and working full time! The support you receive from Ste is second to none! Everyone at the gym is really nice and supportive and I had no problems with going to classes on my own. I’m so much healthier stronger and fitter and I love going to the classes!
