Kyle is structured and focused whether he’s training me personally or a group of us in a class session. He pushes to the limit giving positive and constructive comments all the way through. Highly recommended

Kyle is BRILL always have a good laugh with him whilst he helps to absolutely beast your body in all the class! (In a good way). He always pushes you and encourages you to be better than you think you are and provides so much support and confidence. Kyle is a great PT and I would recommend him to both new and old clients. I have only had a few sessions with Kyle but he is tough and works you hard to get the best results. Kyle also is friendly and encouraging and wanting to recruit people to fulfil what he enjoys doing, teaching clients in classes, small groups and one to one sessions. Kyle is a great trainer. From the moment I walked in, he put me at ease and would explain anything I didn’t understand. He pushed me to limits I didn’t know I could reach, but in a fun way. It all starts with understanding and listening to what the client wants, everyone is different and it's important to tailor programmes to fit a particular client's goals not just a general weight loss goal. I take it back to basics with nutrition and make sure all my clients can still enjoy their food and drink whilst living a healthy lifestyle.

There is no secret. This is what I will teach you. I will teach you how to make it part of your life. How to still enjoy the things you like to eat and drink but at the same time not sacrifice your health.

I love to bring a smile to someone's face by improving their body confidence and their mental health through exercise and nutrition. A bad day can be made good by going to the gym.

I wanted to build a career and a life for me and my family. For financial benefits but the main reason is I believe there are so many big box gyms and big chain gyms that are confusing so many people as well as celebrities selling silly fad diets. Having my own business allows me to protect as many people from this as possible.
